ZIP FILES: Some of our
videos or content may be delivered in a .zip format.
This most likely will be the case when purchases photos
or bundled video sets. To unzip in Windows XP or Vista
simply "right click" on the downloaded zip file and
select "extract all" depending on the file size it could
take several minutes.

VIDEO FORMAT: All our
videos are released as WMV files. This is the most
common Windows based video format and no extra codec's
are needed to play these videos

CHOPPY VIDEO / NO AUDIO:
If you find that the video is choppy when playing
or there is not sound this could be caused by two
reasons. First you computer may not have enough power to
play the files if you have purchased a large HD Hi-Res
video file(s). Secondly you may need to update your
Windows Media Player. (We recommend MediaPlayer 11 -
click here to visit
their site with free download.)

FAILED DOWNLOADS:
Our software allows for 3 download attempts per
video file. If for some reason all 3 fail let us know
and we will reset your downloads for you. As noted
above, it's important that you remember that download
managers can cause your downloads to fail.

your choice that you would like to see them wear, items
you'd like them to interact with and even sending items
